Description: Eagle Watch Weekend at Starved Rock State Park and the Illinois Waterway Visitor Center is a great family excursion to view bald eagles through guided hikes on Saturday and Sunday at 11 and 2, take in a live birds of prey show at the Lodge, Visitor Center, or Waterway on Saturday at 10, 1, and 3 or bring the kids out on Sunday for fun “build an eagle” crafts and story time at 10. You can even register on Starved Rock Eventbrite for “meet and greets” with your favorite bird of prey on Sunday at 10, 1, and 3 occurring at the Utica Welcome Center (old Waltham School gymnasium).
